Very high standards were employed in the development of a programme of special tool pouches to fit all fall arrest harnesses.
Linesmen doing new installations or maintenance mechanics have to carry heavy tools with them when climbing up. As they wear fall arrest harnesses, the perfect tool pouch for them has to be easily ”clipped off” when they have a break or do other work not using these tools. But it has to be easily ”clipped on” again when they need it without re-arranging their whole gear.
The pouches have to be of tough material to keep the tools permanently safe, but should be light at the same time as nobody likes to carry extra weight.
These parameters were our challenge. In co-operation with working staff and safety engineers of small and big companies we developed, tested, and manufactured a series of special tool pouches to fit their particular needs.
After use it folds to a minimum and uses very little space. It is made from strong polyester fabric with an injection moulded bottom. Our buckets are not suitable for carrying liquids as the bottom is equipped with drainage holes. As an option our foldable buckets are equipped with a safety cap with its unique one-hand-operated stainless steel lock ring ensures loading and unloading without hindrance and is a captive part of the bucket at the same time.
