General terms and conditions of the company HP-TEC  Products §1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms (1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. Consequences of revocation In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you are unable to return or return the received service and benefits (e.g. usage advantages) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation.
